Domestic orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail Flat Rate with tracking and insurance. Orders are processed within 72 hours and will arrive in 2 to 3 business days. Shipping charges are calculated automatically based on the size of the order.
International orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail International Flate Rate or US Postal Service Express Mail International with tracking and insurance. Orders are processed within 72 hours. Please allow 6 to 10 business days for Priority Mail and 3 to 6 business days of Express Mail. All customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient. All orders canceled after 24 hours will incur a $10 restocking fee.
We are required to charge 9.75% CA state sales tax when applicable.
Exchange & Return Policy:
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange the item(s). Returns are for store credit only. The item(s) must be returned to Grace Ellay within 30 days of your receipt of your order. Item(s) must be returned in unused condition in its original package with tags still affixed. Shoes must be in the original box.
Before shipping back your return, send us an email at graceellay@yahoo.com. Please include your order # and item(s) you are returning. We will issue a return authorization # which must be included on or in your return package. Return packages must be insured and all return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Once the item(s) are received a store credit voucher will be issued.
In the instance you would like to exchange your original purchase, the return shipment and insurance will be at the cost of the customer. The exchanged item(s) shipping fees will be paid for by Grace Ellay.
Original shipping cost are non-refundable.
Store credit is valid until used, it does not expire.

Damages: We always check items before we send them. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receipt of your order.
